Great & service & windscreen fitted in less than allocated time, staff was also friendly& pleasant,
Only thing I would point out is,
Better directions to the garage would be handy when receiving a confirmation txt or email, (or a direct line to garage, as i got through to a national call center& they couldn't give me direction, just say it was in zone 4 unit 8-9 which was nt helpful!!! ) as its on a busy industrial estate, when I asked at another place for directions, they couldn't find the place either & sat nav directed me to the back of another unit, it was actually behind there, but no through road!

After an issue with my first replacement screen, NW not at fault, I rebooked and staff went out of there way to accommodate. Coming into work early, so I was having it replaced after a night shift. Great service
