Booked a home visit - no show
Booked a home visit, they did not turn up and despite being the last job on their list that day, they lied and said we were not in when they knocked at lunch time. Re-booked for two days later and drove an hour to the nearest location. Not one please or thank you on arrival, just a "keys? It will be ready an hour after we start the job, so in an hour." Staff seemed very disinterested, waiting room was of poor quality, I have sat on cleaner chairs, avoided the customer toilet. When I got my car back and I inspected it I asked them to refit the window side panels as one was incorrectly fitted. To be fair to the guy who did the refit he did do it there and then and apologised for not checking it was done properly first time. He then gave me good advice on windscreen care before I left. He was good, the other staff were not. Overall the experience was poor and I will be checking with my next car insurance company who they use for windscreen changes.

Arrived in time booked in went for a walk came back and waited in the reception everything went well the only issue was that I have a dash cam on the screen and the technician said it’s fine we have tape to refit it and it was but after a couple of hours it fell off and I ended up buying a new one, it would be better if you supplied them with the proper tape

Windscreen is very good
Windscreen is very good, told me it would take 2 hours but took 4, which I didn’t mind, but when I got the car back the windscreen was dirty. Still a good service and recommend. Thank you National Windscreens.

Replacement windscreen and new wipers
Excellent service at the Bangor location. Took my car in at 8.30am, and it was ready to be collected by 11.30am. Good communication.New windscreen and wipers fitted, no problems experienced to date. Very happy.

Good planning with time etc. Staff phoned me before appointment.
Took car to be fixed, left car at the workshop, walked into Bangor whilst windscreen was getting fixed, there is a brilliant pathway near the workshop.
Got back, windscreen had been fixed. Perfect and helpful staff.
