The up to date of timing for the fitting of the glass. ie tracking.
David the fitter was polite and explained the do's and dont's after the fitting.
Sadly did not clean up the glass sufficiently and put the plastic covering of the smashed back window on the back seat, this was full of glass?

Great service, except the team should have properly cleaned the windscreen inside and out to remove glue and not leave it to the customer.

Came to the Bolton National Windscreens, all the men there were very welcoming, lovely lads who made the effort to talk to you and showed me where I could go for a little walk around while I waited as I was from Wilmslow so couldn’t go back home! Windscreen was replaced quickly and efficiently and Dave had done a fab job!

Not done correctly.
Quick to book in. Lads in the workshop were quick and friendly but think they were rushing for an early finish.
Didn't tighten the wipers though so they didn't work which I realised on the drive home.
Rang the call centre who bounced me from pillar to post and ensured me it was still open. Went down straight away and it was closed - despite the call centre telling me they were open.
Needed my wipers working so ended up taking it to a mechanic to problem solve, he quickly identified that they just hadn't tightened the wipers.
Unnecessary messing about for what should have just been done in the 1st instance. Lads seemed nice enough and mistakes happen but frustrating that it wasn't done correctly and I'd have to wait until the following week with lost time at work in order to fix their error when I had to drive that day.
