I rang to-get my windscreen replaced as…
I rang to-get my windscreen replaced as I was cracking. They could not find my details and said they would call me back, I told them that I was going away by the end of the following week so it was important.
3days later I called again and told them again they found my details but couldn’t log into the branch diary and I was told they would get the branch to call me back. No call after a couple of days so I complain to my insurance agent who got back to me within a couple of hours and said they would call me tomorrow and to let her know if they hadn’t. They didn’t so I called the agent again, she called me back within the hour and said she had spoken to the underwriter and I had a call from you to book an appointment but the earliest they could do it was the following Tuesday and I was leaving on the Sunday morning so I had to make arrangements for you to access the car and arrange alternative transport. The work was carried out efficiently by a pleasant person ( I was told by another as I was away).
Very poor service by your call centre and others except for the fitter and if the branch is not told they can’t respond.
