Still there is a noticeable gap between the windscreen and the frame on left side. It was on the right side before but now it is on left side. When I pointed this gap at the garage then the technician offered a callback by manger, but unfortunately nobody called us till now.

The man that looked at my windscreen told me I only needed a repair not a new screen. I like that honest approach. However I am still awaiting my £159 refund .... Not so happy about that

All good, just they didn’t contact me to let me know my car was ready , I had the invoice in my inbox as completed after 2 hours I rang them and they said yeah all ready , it was ready a while ago!
