Very good replacement. But although we booked weeks in advance the wipers we were recommended to have replaced were not in stock when we got there.

Efficient replacement of windscreen and saved our car park sticker
After the website claimed the windscreen only needed a repair, an engineer upon visiting immediately indicated that a replacement was needed due to the size of the ‘chip’, and booked us in for the next day at the depot in Bury. On dropping off the car at the depot, was advised how long it would take. Was called when the car was ready and advised on what to do, such as not exposing it to high pressure water for at least 4 days. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
One nice touch was taking the national trust car park sticker that we’d totally forgotten about, out of the old windscreen and left it in the car for us to position it on the new one. It could easily have been thrown away so it was nice that they saved it.
Looks like a good job, it remained dry and mild for a week which hopefully means the glue has fully cured.
There were a couple of bits of dirt on the dashboard, presumably from removing the old windscreen, that we needed to clean off, but only took 2 minutes with a wipe.
