Appointments
When first made a booking was made for it to be done at my house then day before was changed. This was hard when having a full time job to sort. I understood why my car had to go to the main sight as it had something within the car that had to use machine on site but think this needs to be told and figured out when booking the appointment in the first place or be told sooner instead of afternoon before appointment.
From all this tho they did allow me to drop of my car early and got it done quick. Very helpful and nice when trying to sort the appointment out.

Since my car window was smashed on the…
Since my car window was smashed on the right rear passenger side while parked on the street, the shop initially provided good service by helping me cover the window with a temporary protective film.
However, when it came to the actual repair, the technician did something I found completely unacceptable. He only replaced the window without cleaning out the shattered glass inside the door. As a result, the window mechanism got jammed and stopped working because of the glass fragments.
On top of that, when he disassembled the door, he carelessly placed the interior plastic trim directly on the rough concrete floor, which caused three cracks on the previously perfect door panel. What was once in flawless condition has now been damaged by his negligence, and I find this absolutely unacceptable.

Haven’t received my refund
Hi ! Hope you alright there ‘ well my concern is that’s I have been charged 154.50 for the wind screen replacement for Honda civic 2010 1339cc which has been done on 14/08/2025 morning around 10 to 11 am the glass replacement has been done without wipers replacement which I have been told I can get refund in 7 working days but I haven’t received any receipt for refund or any confirmation email for refund I hope I can get the refund in coming 7 days thanks
