Windscreen Replacement
My insurance company arranged for my car to be booked in the Cardiff branch for the replacement windscreen within 48 hours.
The windscreen was replaced at the allotted time and completed within 2 hours.

Great service, very professional and went beyond to help out.
I had a unfortunate accident where my side window on my campervan was smashed. Being a special order, it took a few weeks to arrive but the staff at National windscreens applied a cover panel, to ensure the existing glass could not fall out, as a temporary measure. This allowed me to continue using the camper. The Cardiff team, regularly phoned me to keep me up to date with the progress of the glass from Renault.
They turned up at my home and quickly fitted a new bonded tinted type window to match the original.
The fitter was amazing, neat tidy and vacuumed up after his work.
Great hassle free service.

Employees were friendly and welcoming.
The waiting room was clean and comfortable, with newspapers to read. There was a very clean kitchen to make tea/coffee if you wanted to.
The service was really efficient and the job was done in half the time I was told it would take.

The man who fitted my window was very professional and accommodating. He arrived on time, was polite, looked professional and did a great job. It did not take long to fit the window and he also did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the broken window .

Excellent service
This was a very stressful time as we were driving to Bristol Airport the day after our booking so we were worried about any last minute complications. The member of staff who checked us in was friendly & efficient & the work was completed to a high standard within the time stated.
Would definitely recommend/ use again.

The tracking system on my mobile phone didn't,t work . Unable to track engineers . While the fitters who attended were nice enough , one of them. Left a washer on the floor , after. Re- fitting my windscreen wipers .
