Good overall
Overall, a great service. The team at the branch were very helpful and kind. I did have to go back a week later as my auto windscreen wiper sensor hadn’t been adjusted properly so they weren’t working, which was a bit annoying, but again they sorted it quickly and were polite and apologetic. I just hope come the winter and icy weather I don’t encounter an issue with my heated windscreen not working. Melting a frozen screen in under 60seconds is a game changer for me - the team have assured me they checked it, although I’m unsure how you can when it’s sunny warm weather?! Fingers crossed, (in the nicest way), I won’t be making a return visit in the colder weather to get that rectified as well. All in all, a good service!

Windscreen replacement efficiently managed.
The booking process was well handled but it was frustrating not to know even an approximate time slot for the appointment until about 9am on the day. That means setting aside a whole day for the appointment.
However the appointment went very well, the technician had the correct windscreen and all the necessary fitting equipment and did an efficient job.
