Windscreen is fine so far
Windscreen is fine so far. But both wipers have been fitted incorrectly, causing my wipers to slam all the way down and not wipe all the way up. Causing so much extra hassle that’s not needed. Surely this is the simple part of the job.

Very welcoming gentleman, my car was taken straight into the workshop. We were told the replacement could take up to 4 hours depending on the car's computer and how the sensors reacted to the new windscreen but the job was completed in about 90 minutes. A lovely job, a really clean job inside and out, really happy. If I ever need another new windscreen I'd definitely contact this branch.

Excellent service mirror attachment
This is the second time I've used National Windscreens for a windscreen problem. After receiving excellent service with my earlier windscreen problem, I called in on spec to discuss a problem I had fixing my mirror to the car windscreen. They looked at it that afternoon and did an excellent job reattaching it. First class service!!

Great service
Booked on a Friday when at home but came to our holiday park in the lakes where we were staying the following Tuesday. On time and repair completed in half an hour. Excellent!

Went to Carlisle at 8:30am, wish I never
Went to Carlisle at 8:30am, told 4 hours but normally less. Still sat there at 1:30pm people came in after me and complained like mad to the manager at Newcastle and got skipped to the front of the line.
No mobile vans have the ADAS system and only 1 at the workshop, manager said they cost 7 grand and can’t afford it. Had to travel 45 miles for 5 mins on the ADAS calibration. Absolute joke yet auto windscreens have them in there vans. Next time I will pay more insurance excess never to use this company again.
Staff never spoke only to ask if I was leaving the keys. Never said sorry for the delays. Just car is ready and don’t wash for 2 days. Great customer service NOT!!!

Everything went according to plan. I was told I had to leave it for the morning in case it was not straight forward but very pleased when they contacted me shortly after an hr to say it was ready.
