Very poor
Very poor , sent the wrong windscreen, no apology. Told I had to wait a total of 28days.
The guy was very rude.
I complained and got it fitted the next day.
The card machine was not working and no one answers the phone to take payment …
It’s all a bit of a stressful shambles

Finally Fixed.
After going to Crawley for screen change and ADAS calibration,day later ADAS failed cal,this was sorted by Aldershot branch.
All sorted now.

Getting appointment set up fine…
Getting appointment set up fine although nobody told me how long it would take. The guy at desk there said by 12:00. They didnt start working on car for 2 hours after i dropped it off 8:30 and was done around 11:30 - i was told i would be contacted once done. Come 12:30 ish i had heard nothing, kept calling phone over and over to no answer to walked back to find it had been done earlier (i got times from the job sheet). As a result I had to re-organise my day completely. The when I get the invoice for excess i have a query - tried 8 times across various numbers to talk to someone and either got a stupid automated system without appropriate options or got cut off.
The windscreen job itself was fine but was far from smooth
