Great, Friendly service
Dean was very courteous and explained everything clearly and had the car ready quick.
I noticed, two days later, that the mirror and ADAS system is not lined up perfectly on the windscreen as it was before (out by a few mm) which is just annoying to look at but I dont believe it affects the functionality. otherwise a quick and clean job
Payment was odd as i got a text 3 days later and the automated system didnt work after several attempts and they sent me an invoice which was easier to just pay by bank transfer.
All in all a good service

First windshield change ever. Great experience
Changed my windshield through my insurance policy.
Had appointment for a Saturday morning after a two weeks waiting time.
Communication after the booking and on the day of the appointment, was great and I even had a phone call to double check whether I was gonna make it or not.
Dropped the car and had it back after 3 hours. no problem with that, as I was told at my arrival that my car was third in the queue.
Once I had the car back, nothing was out of place or left dirty or loose, no glass in the car or anything else.
Two weeks after the job was done, the glass has settled in and no leaks. No loose sensors left on the glass and virtually as if I didn't change any windshield. Excellent.

Repair window screen crawley very friendly and helpful staff I only pop in to see if I had to have a new screen or to see if I could have it repaired. And they was not too busy and fixed me in straightaway and repaired the stone chip on it . Didn’t get the man’s name but he did a great job thank you

Car kept for excessive time and footwell full of glass shards
Car "required" to be dropped of at 12 and they didn't touch it until 1530. They could see how many cars they had in and were "understaffed" so book in less or be able to manage your time better so I don't have to sit about for 4 hours when it was totally unnecessary. You could have at least hoovered the footwell after, there were lots of shards of glass in it...

Fantastic service centre
The team on the ground at the centre was excellent. Amazing customer service and extremely quick. I would definitely use again. I would give the service centre itself 5 *.
The main office however didn’t respond to messages / answer the phone. One phone number on the confirmation email was not even active.
