Your fitter was polite, communicative & tidy! I was not able to be on-site, which didn’t phase Manni. I cannot fault his communication and follow up instructions. However, the booking is another story - all over the place - hence why I wasn’t on site. End of the day, job done well. Many thanks.

Windscreen replacement
Job was carried out in a timely manner and even though calibrations of the windscreen passed there was an error message still showing on dashboard but when pointed out they were willing to rectify immediately to my satisfaction.

Didn’t calibrate it when I collected…
Didn’t calibrate it when I collected the car so delayed a further 45 mins when they had it all morning.
Haven’t refunded me £35 for wiper blades which they didn’t have in stock.

Great service
Great service, very efficient and no faff! Was told my van would be there for up to 4 hours, the windscreen was replaced and my van was back with me in an hour and half! Very happy

Not great to be honest I took a day off…
Not great to be honest I took a day off work to goto them as the date they gave me to replace the screen was too far away and I wanted it done sooner so I went to have it done and the screen they put in had 2 scratches on it they asked me do I want it replaced and I said of course I do I do not want to buy damaged goods and also something is still wrong with the rain and light sensor they said they don't know if there was an issue with it before I came I told them there was no issue with it. So they arranged to get it replaced again and this time they was gonna do I at my work so the date came and they guy turned up at my work to do it he got my new screen out of the back of the van only to tell me there was a deep Scratch in it so a new one has to be ordered again so I have to wait once more. I called their head office to talk about this and basically tell them I am not happy with the service so the lady on the phone said she will put it through as a formal complaint and also said she would get the manager at crawley branch to call me the same day to see what they can do to rectify the problem. I waited till the end of the day and did not get a call so I have called them 2 or 3 times since then and cannot get an answer from them so will call head office again on Monday to see what's gonna be done about it. Not at all happy bad service and will also complain to my insurance company about them. So an update on this.
I contacted them and spoke about the issues I am having and I was told I would get a £25.00 refund to basically say sorry I accepted that but still waiting for it to be paid. While I was on the phone to them the customer relations woman called the crawley branch up and made sure my appointment on Wednesday the 18th was going to be the day the damaged screen was going to be replaced and she confirmed It was. So Wednesday the 18th came and I got a text from crawley branch that morning to call them so I did so at my earliest opportunity and was told my windscreen was not in stock but was on route to the branch and should be with then early in the afternoon and they said they would message me when they was on route to my property to do the screen. So the end of the day came and heard nothing from them and my screen still is not done. Not only had I arranged for my partner to come to my home from hers which is quite a long train journey away and she also has mobility issues too but she still was there for me so I did not have to take another day off work to wait in for them. So not a great update to be honest. 😞
