This review is based on the expectations that National Windscreens are a professional countrywide organisation and are capable of delivering a professional experience. That totally failed in the Croydon branch as the fitting of my new windscreen was very delayed without any calls made to me during the day with the slightest update and progress report nor did the garage answer my calls. I was told initially the fitting could take 3-4 hours, so after 3.5 hours without a word from the Garage I turned up as I live nowhere near their Croydon garage and had planned walking my dog during the repair. Massive mistake on my side, as they hadn’t even started work on my car at that stage, Almost 6 hours later I was still at their garage waiting for the work to be completed which is totally unacceptable, and insulting that no progress report was ever given during the day since noon when the car was brought in. With me now was another gentleman that was told to pick up his car at 14:00 and only got his car at around 5:30. I would expect the fitting itself of a new windscreen will be made in a professional way by a countrywide company like this which nevertheless still appear to be the case, but this review is all about the delay and the miserable handling of same, and I wouldn’t go back to National Windscreens for a similar treatment another time.

Unfortunately I have to wait for like five weeks because someone ordered wrong glass instead of ordering back window they ordered that windscream.
Still can't get how the professional people like this can make such a simple mistake.
Also when they came over to put the glass the guy who was doing this put all the trims on top of the van and the wind blow everything onto the pavement scratching all the trims. No apology.
I am very unhappy with the service. Never would use them again but unfortunately I have to because of my insurance
