Windscreen replacement was fine
Windscreen replacement was fine. However, Repair shops too far away. Not informed that windscreen wipers had not replaced as requested and paid for. Windscreen stickers returned only upon request.

Unprofessional service …
Unfortunately I have to wait for like five weeks because someone ordered wrong glass instead of ordering back window they ordered that windscream.
Still can't get how the professional people like this can make such a simple mistake.
Also when they came over to put the glass the guy who was doing this put all the trims on top of the van and the wind blow everything onto the pavement scratching all the trims. No apology.
I am very unhappy with the service. Never would use them again but unfortunately I have to because of my insurance

disappointed really
Did not arrive on day waited in all day had to phone company to find out what was going on took ages to answer phone. Got in touch with the guy that was doing my windscreen at 17.00 told me he had 2 more windscreens to do said he would try to get to me later I have 3 young children to sort out that would have been in bed by the time he arrived if he had time to do it that evening he couldn't give me a time so he arranged to come 2 days later early in the morning which he did. He refused to put my original side panels on that were a much better quality than the ones he put on. I have noticed there is a gap on one side of the window that I feel will let water when it rains.
