Professional and welcoming
The Dartford National Windscreens is in a huge industrial estate. If waiting for your new screen to be fitted, you may be there for 3/4 hours. There are lakes nearby with anglers, path and park in which to spend some of the time in good weather. There is an excellent cafe, Questor Cafe, across the way from Nat Wind. But, with modern screens, it can be a long wait. The Nat Wind site was tidy and the staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. Parking appears to be tight, but staff will sort you out. Unfortunately, the calibration of our windscreen could not be completed on one visit and we had to return. However we could safely use the car (and could not detect any lack of tech sensing). When we returned, we were greeted and work resumed immediately - taking maybe 40 minutes. I hope not to have to replace another windscreen - but if I do, I hope it is dealt with by a team as good as those at Dartford.

Service was good and speedy once my…
Service was good and speedy once my insurer finally got their act together so well done there however: 1) on day of repair couldn’t access the tracking system so had to phone. Was given good information by adviser but she advised th system was a “bit finicky”. I tried all combinations of name and postcode. Not good enough really - just sort it out.
2) some glass left on rear seats and quite a bit in the boot.
