Still waiting for the windscreen to be…
Still waiting for the windscreen to be repaired. First attempt the technician said it looked like it might rain so convinced my wife not to have it done, it didn’t end up raining. Second attempt the technician text at 5:30pm to say they wouldn’t have time to do and their manager would call me back to rearrange. They didn’t so rearranged myself for a third time. Hoping weather permits and I’m not at the back of the queue on this one.

Fast and professional service.
I drop the car at 11, they told me they need 2 hours to replace the windscreen and calibrate the assistance system. They called me back after 1h30m to pick up the car. Really pleased with the work and the timing.

They didn't have the connections for my windscreen wipers so couldn't fit them.
Was disappointing that I had to chase for a refund.

Overall happy with the service.
Very efficient when I got there just a shame you can't actually book a specific slot initially. You only get a choice of a.m or p.m. then assigned an actual time the day before.

They have done a very professional job
They have done a very professional job. I have to take the car to the official garage since the technician on site did not do the work as I was expecting it. They did rectify all the issues to my satisfaction though and that's what really matters to me.

Very poor service
Very poor service. They attempted to repair a windscreen chip but clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The chip was small and manageable before, but after their repair it looks worse than before. I’m very disappointed.

National Windscreens were really helpful, looked at the chip of my windscreen, originally I was going in for a full windscreen replacement but the gentleman there advised me that he could just fix the chip and you probably would even see it, after 20/30 mins the chip was filled and I drove off a happy customer
