Geninely excellent all-round service
The man at Dorchester who did my windscreen was completely brilliant - as was the man at the Call Centre who gave me an appointment TEN DAYS before one I had booked in 20 miles away with another company. He was patient and efficient even though I'd had a bit of a mix-up with companies and appointments. Going back to the guy at Dorchester, he did it straightaway even tho I was a bit early. I was able to attend a hospital appointment and when I got back it was all done and dusted - plus another little job had been sorted out! Excellent service - excellently given. Your company training is going well! Thank you to all.
