The replacement was carried out
The replacement was carried out. However when completed my plastic panel for my boot, which was completely fine at the time of repair, was broken when I went to clean up the glass after technician was finished. No one else had touched the vehicle, however when contacted customer services they claimed it was a mystery as the technician wouldn’t have touched this panel. Maybe he was just a little harsh when closing the boot then ( as it’s the clip where the handle to close it is that’s broken). There is glass inside the panel too so I’m unsure how that’s managed to get inside there if it hasn’t been off, but maybe if the clip has been damaged at the time then it’s managed to get inside. Not sure but company not taking any responsibility for it so I’m left to cover the repair cost of that myself after having the replacement done. Frustrating

They took time to explain what could and could not be done. I had a double chip in my new car windscreen, pretty much in the middle of the screen. I did not really want to replace the whole windscreen even though I was covered by insurance. It seemed to be a waste to me.
Fortunately, they were able to very successfully repair the chip and provide me with a guarantee of the work.
I can’t have been there longer than half an hour in total. Fabulous!
