Great Service , Great team, Dundee National Windscreens
My point of contact "Andy" was first class.
Comms were great before and after the repair and the whole process was seamless with no issues from the minute i claimed with my insurance.
The Dundee team are a credit to National Windscreens and should be rewarded for the first class, hassle free service they are giving out i presume daily if other customers have the same experience as I did..

Woeful at best
Absolutely terrible, communication is woeful. I've given up and gone with another company. 3 weeks from quote to abortion. Countless hours stuck on the phone waiting to speak with someone and told i'll receive a callback which never came. Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere.

Windscreen fitted squint
Windscreen fitted squint, top seal not installed, paint chipped. Lexus advised that it will leak so car off the road now. Branch closed for three days so cannot be rectified.
Update, so 10 weeks later and still not resolved. Attended another branch in June to rectify the issues from first visit and have windscreen re-fitted. Trim piece that was broken on first visit was ordered incorrectly and could not be fitted. During this visit dashboard was damaged. Had to visit Lexus last week to get quote to repair dashboard.
Update, resolved now in September, dashboard repaired at NW cost. Katie in customer support was excellent, upgraded to 2*.

Great when you get a pretty accurate time of arrival and the windscreen is replaced with no fuss. The guy just got on and my windscreen was replaced before I knew it. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Stone hit the wind screen. Went to halfords and technician said can't do it even on their webaite it says under £2 coin diameter can be fixed. But je said no. Book through national windscreen. Appointment was for Monday but I got call on Friday. Technition ia free. If you want to do it today. So went for the same day. He fixed it in no time.

Very friendly and understanding staff
Very friendly and understanding staff. The only thing that would have enhanced it more was perhaps use of a hoover to get rid of tiny shards of glass that had nestled in the back seats but great service nonethless.

Unprofessional
They moved car forward on the drive, knocked the rear window out, they left pikes on glass on the drive and then reversed the car over all the glass, it was all in the tyres. I complained via phone and email. I was told I would receive a call in the morning. 4 days later I received a call, by that time we had cleared it up

Could do better
The installation went OK however the windscreen was smeared it was as if it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. Also the interior of the vehicle was very dirty with footmarks across the interior plastics. I would have expect the windscreen to have been cleaned and as well as at least a quick wipe down

Don’t leave my car messy inside
Windscreen fitted ahead of schedule which was pleasing but when your fitter leaves dirty great footprints all over both footwells and on the sill on the passenger side where he obviously stood on the sill to fit the screen please clean your mess before you give me my 4 month old car back

The actual repair of the windscreen was fine. But the communication within the company was dreadful The people who answered the phone the phone were both unhelpful and uninterested.
The communication between them and the depot in Dundee was abysmal. Fortunately the person at Dundee was both helpful and apologetic.
