Very pleased with service
The service we had at the Dundee centre was really good, taken at the right time and new windscreen put in in no time at all. The guy we dealt with was polite and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was we had to go all the way to Dundee which is 55 miles from us, we thought someone would come out to fix it.

Good job, but poor communication
The job was done very well, and quickly. The technician was great, and efficient, throughput. My problem was communication with the office in Dundee. I phoned on several occasions,and nobody answered. I called head office and they said they would leave a message. Still nobody called me back.
