Staff at Elgin were excellent which made up for poor service from contact centre who appeared inexperienced and processes were poor. In the end the local texhnicians saved the day.

Got my car in the garage pretty quickly for a windscreen repair. Work carried out was good on the windscreen but we're unable to recalibrate the ADAS camera which brings up several faults when starting the car

Technician was very friendly and professional. He explained the process of replacing the windscreen and how they had to calibrate the camera. He contacted me as he said he would when my car was ready to collect. Very pleased with the service.
