Horrible experience waisted day, fuel 2 weeks phoned and phoned ,excuse after excuse , liars as well told my insurance tried 2 to replace windscreen 🤣🤣 great boys if you need a windscreen replacement ats nae the place to go to shambles...

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I was booked in for a windscreen replacement, after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment I then got a text on the morning of my repair, cancelling. I texted back and said just to let me know when I next could get booked in. No reply. That was 5 days ago. I have already paid for my repair, the phone number I got the text from is saying its an invalid number and the number I was given for the garage is not answering. I have tried both numbers numerous times over the past 5 days and nothing. I understand these things can take time but I should have some kind of communication atleast a text to let me know roughly how long until I can next get booked in. This is a disgrace and not the kind of service I would pay for again!

Happy with the whole process
Very easy to arrange the appointment to repair the chip in my windscreen, when I arrived they didn't have my booking. Once I showed email proof of the booking they assured me it would be completed within the hour.
They called within 45 minutes so say my car was ready, both guys I spoke to were very helpful and I'm happy with the repair, the car is 18 years old and still has it's original windscreen.

Honest and transparent
Came initially and pointed out a crack I didn’t see. Rearranged to come back with a windscreen to replace. The website said that it would take 2 hours to do the work, but 2 guys came and did it in less than 40 minutes.
