Poor customer service at garage
Very unprofessional customer service. I trurned up on time to find Dean on mobile to his superior having an argument regarding changes to how they are to fit screens and tooling, amongst other issues.
After waiting for 15 minutes I asked" should I come back" he attended to my car. Upon return 2 hours later, he then took another call from superior and carried on the argument, swearing and I thought he was going to walk off the job. I felt very uncomfortable. The glass was fitted, he argued with me that my dash camera wasnt working, i knew it was as its was 2 hours earlier, he then realised that it was his error. I wouldnt like to return as although the screen was fitted, the customer focus and professional behaviour was non existent. Auto glass are much better.

I did NOT get my 1st appointment after…
I did NOT get my 1st appointment after travelling 36 miles to Elgin depot and back on Monday. No windscreen or wipers were ordered. It was rearranged for the Thursday! All went well,happy with outcome after my complaint & compensation.

Small branch - don't use if your car is slightly bigger
The windscreen replacement and staff were fine. Don't know if it's because i used the online service
The branch size made it a nightmare for organising. Delays with the appointment, no flexibility with storage and the looming threat of parking fines means we won't use them again

The lad who looked after us was…
The lad who looked after us was charming. His timings were spot on, he pointed us towards a coffee shop where we could wait, and he kept us informed of progress. The work was done to my satisfaction.
The only small negative was that the depot was not clearly signposted from the road.

Poor service for windscreen replacement
The calibration on my windscreen was unsuccessful so I was told I would be contacted the following week to bring my car in again. That has not yet happened after 2 weeks. I have tried to contact the Elgin branch but all I get is music. I stayed on my phone for 12 minutes and all I heard was mindless music. Decidedly unimpressed and still waiting!!!
