Replacement windscreen
The technician who called at my home was very honest and because the stone crack had expanded following an overnight frost I was advised that unfortunately it could not be repaired and new windscreen was recommended. Staff at Elgin branch were extremely helpful and work on replacement windscreen was carried out efficiently and within time scale.

Appointment changed twice and finally…
Appointment changed twice and finally done on 3rd time. Windscreen scratched and filthy. Still waiting for response on this, 5 days n still waiting. Disgraceful communication from company and zero customer service

Quick service
Quick service, however i need to return as the windscreen apparently didn’t fit right so I need to get another one fitted, but it is very difficult for me to get there during opening hours due to my work. So that is a little inconvenient for me.

Not very good
Arrived for 1st appointment & Windscreen had never been ordered. Waited another week for the windscreen to come in. Windscreen was not fitted correctly & the corner was flapping around when driving then snapped!!

Technician was so friendly and went out of his way to help me and should be recognised for this.
The waiting area leaves a lot to be desired though! No refreshments and it was really cold and I'm hardy! So go prepared if you are waiting for the full time whilst your vehicle is being worked on.

Great Customer Service
Advised me that the replacement windscreen ordered in was damaged prior to my appointment. This prior notice was appreciated and the employee that rearranged my fitting couldn't have been any more helpful or polite over the phone. The rearranged appointment was at my home address rather than the garage and was carried out in a quick and clean manner. Excellent service.
