Very poor service
Very poor service, was told it would take 4 hours max and it took 6, the messed around for an hour to try and decide if it was the correct screen, also my leather dashboard has been damaged

Called 4 times got different answers
Called 4 times got different answers, they then cancelled windscreen, I then had to pay for another mot as was not fitted within time frame.

Chipped windscreen repaired, no fuss, no issues and full explanation of the process. The communication from start to finish was excellent, regular updates regarding the appointment and whereabouts of the technician. The technician must be praised for his professionalism and his courteous and respectful attitude towards both, me and my baby! The baby being my car 😉

Once again I took a day off work for a different car and once again there was an issue, last time the screen hadn't even been ordered and this time the screen was wrong. Then they came to my house and tried to fit wipers which I never asked for and when they weren't fitted I still got an invoice for so had to do more chasing around.

Good service
The employee who came to replace my windscreen was polite, efficient and hardworking. It was a really hot day and when the glue attaching the box on the windscreen (with the electronics inside) had detached after he left - a simple phone call to him helped and he gave good advice, which meant I was able to reattach it again :)

windscreen fitted ok no problems but found foot prints on door sill both sides and windscreen had round marks that had not been cleaned off very disappointed
