Lack of attention to detail and poor communications
I was pleased to make a convenient appointment at a depot that was close. But, the window fitted had two scratches on the glass one of which (the biggest) was right in my line of sight on the screen. Also, the new screen had not been cleaned before handing over to me which was disappointing. Subsequently, I was contracted, after I chased, apologising and agreeing to fit a new screen. Communication since then have been slow, dare I say, forgotten about? I am still waiting 3 weeks later for a new appointment. I'm not happy with the customer service I have received.

Almost cancelled after 3 weeks waiting
Almost cancelled after 3 weeks waiting.
I have booked windscreen replacement through my insurance on 3.2.2025 and mobile unit was supposed to arrive to my house on 19.2.2025. There was option to book morning or afternoon appointment and I chose morning appointment. When no one showed by 12:00 I called customer service number. I have been told they don't know where their employee is or when will arrive but they left message with my "local main" branch located 44 miles away (Inverness) and someone will be in touch with me. After 13:00 I have received phone call from Inverness branch being told they forgot to call me but they are missing trim and technician was cancelled. However after explaining that i was waiting almost 3 weeks manager managed to contact technician based 4 miles from me based in Elgin who informed them they have trim and will manage to squeeze me in within 1 hour if I drive car to them. Job was done withn 90 minutes as promised. Big thanks to Elgin technicians sorting HUGE mistake of Inverness depot.

Friendly and helpful
Friendly and helpful. I initially had to wait a couple of weeks for a slot. But I think that was because it was only a chipped windscreen. Once they had my car in, it was quickly done. Really nice, cheerful bloke.

Poor fitting
I was really disappointed with the quality of fitting, I’ve been left with black marks on the bodywork of my car (sealant?) which has also been mentioned by my dealer.
Whilst there doesn’t appear to be any leaks to the screen so far I have concerns moving forward

Very accommodating regarding drop off / pick up of the vehicle.
No issue with the windscreen replacement, however, the windscreen washer hose has not been reconnected which will require another trip to the garage.
