Easy online booking process and polite staff.
However, first appointment I made I got all the way there, dropped the car off, went away, and was then phoned to tell me the supplier had provided the incorrect windscreen, despite me having rung to confirm previously.
The appointment was then rearranged, for them to come out to me, but they never showed up as it was incorrect on the system.
Thankfully they pushed it to urgent by this point and finally sorted it. A week late and wasted fuel, but the service was quick and well done in the end. The staff I directly dealt with were helpful and polite and the issues I experienced were somewhat out of their hands and more on the fault of supplier and the call centre.

Super efficient from start to finish. They had my car in and out. Really friendly helpful staff both in the workshop and on the phone. Would recommend them and use them again myself.

Great team and great aftercare
Guys who turned up were great. Very friendly. Explained what need doing and completet the job quickly. I have noticed later in the day that trims didnt seal properly, the man turned up the same day and fixed this. I had two phone calls from management to check if everything is fine since then.

Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience! I had to reschedule (my fault) and customer services was so efficient and helpful. Then my technician (whose name I can’t recall, sorry!), was amazing! Definitely wasn’t a small chip and he did a perfect job. So patient.

It was exactly what I was expecting
It was exactly what I was expecting - efficient, fast and friendly.
The only downside was that all three venues (Banbury, Swindon and Gloucester) are all the same distance (30 miles-ish) from my address. So not too convenient. Time was when the repairers came to the customer. Does that not happen any more?
