I was kept informed regularly and they had to change the date of the appointment but that was due to the glass not being available. They got me booked in as soon as they could and they were very professional and they left the car spotless.

Friendly staff and can’t fault the customer service. The only issue was the car was full of tiny shards of glass and larger pieces in the garage after the windscreen was replaced

The man who fixed my wind screen was very polite and kind, but after he left and I drove to work an hour later one of my wipers was left loose and stopped working so I had to take it to the garage the following day. My mirror is also faulty and every time I try to adjust it it falls off. Please can you get someone to give me a call so this can be fixed properly. It wasn’t like this because the screen was changed.

Very efficient and kept in touch throughout

It was an insurance claim but the whole process was handled by National Windscreens. As it was a rear windsreen for a car that is not in huge numbers it had to be sourced from a main dealer so that delayed the fitting. I was kept in the loop on delivery and it was fitted on the day that it arrived at the depot by a fitter at my home. He was quick and made a clean and tidy job.

Was pleased to be getting my car in for a new windscreen after picking it up and getting it home I noticed a larger gap then normal I compared it to a photo of before and its a large gap I looked at the Vin number and it was half cut off sk I can see where the windscreen was fitted lower down the car then normal giving a larger gap at the top of the screen over the past few days dirt and road grime collects in the top of this gap overall im happy that I've had my screen replaced but a bit more care when lining up the windscreen or securing the top screen with tape to the roof stopping it sliding down while curing would of helped in this situation

No faff, one call, all done as and when promised.

Very friendly and polite professional fitters did my windscreen replacement in bitterly cold weather and checked everything.
They worked quickly and did a superb job.
I believe because of the weather that two fitters helped each other which speeded up the work and simplified things.... great teamwork!

Fit was okay yes but the state they left my wipers in was absolutely disgusting. You don’t just throw someone’s wipers in mud then put them back on the car with stones etc in and not clean up after yourself. So what I don’t want to buy new wipers; I already have brand new ones on.
Told them not to put the plastic covers for the a pillars back on as I’ll do it myself as have had to replace them due to the previous ones being snapped and bent so they decide to put them on anyway and bent the left pillar cover because they didn’t put them on correctly to slide it under the rubber lip at the top; and the top screw hole/placement has been cracked so no longer holds it in place effectively which has created a draft in the seal. So yeah, thanks for making me spend more money on things you broke 👍🏻 plus they’ve knackered my lower screen cowl so that’s another one to replace.
Thankfully Lee is going to help with replacements which was extremely kind of him; and I appreciate it very much.
Hopefully the fitters learn to be more respectful with other people’s property.
