Put a cheap thin windscreen in caused faults to my onboard system had to go back for a better quality which should have been fitted originally 2days off work to have a cracked windscreen replaced not great

What was expected and left a little extra
The workmen turned up in a timely manner and changed the windscreen quickly and efficiently but left behind many dirty fingerprints all over the bodywork and sealant debris inside the van some of which is proving difficult to remove.

I had to go back a second time to have my windscreen calibrated as the machine wasn’t working. I feel I should have been told that before I visited them and I would have changed the date . The staff were lovely and the job was done well but the communication could have been better

Not happy with the time I had to wait to get my screen done and it was popping and splitting still . Then had my date cancelled by you as you had forgotten to order my screen

Sourcing a replacement screen was a challenge
As my van is new, sourcing a replacement screen was a challenge but eventually one was transferred to the Gloucester branch and fitted. Service was excellent and far quicker than expected on the day.
