Tim the installer was a credit to the business. Patient helpful and informative. He had to attend twice due to a cracked replacement windscreen 1st time round. He was helpful/and advised me on everything. Would not use company again with out Tim.

Exceptional customer service
I called in to the branch and explained to Luke that I was a driving instructor and needed my replacement windscreen done asap.
He was very helpful and understanding and booked me in a few days before the time of my original appointment.
I felt like I mattered as a customer and Luke was extremely professional.

Good job, well done
The online process was pretty slick except for trying to pay which was dire. Had to ring up Gloucester to speak to a human who put me through to another human who then took my payment details, it worked!!!
The young man who repaired my screen was on time, polite and fixed the chips in a very professional manner. Good service.

Great customer care and very helpfull
I had an appointment for 1200pm to replace my front windscreen. I was advised that the wait could be four hours. On my arrival, my car was inspected, and I asked the Gentleman where I could get food and drink close by. he told me where to go, and I left for the twenty-minute walk. I had just started eating when the text message came that my car was ready. They had done my car first, so I had no wait time, and the Glue was drying as I walked back, can't fault them for anything, great service and customer care

Brilliant in branch service but call centre not the best.
The branch were amazing, quick and communicative. The call centre changed by booking and when I phoned them they were really unhelpful, waited 2 weeks for the appointment with a cracked windscreen

Windscreen chabge
I was told to bring my car in to change the windscreen at 11 o'clock. This was in Gloucester however I had to make it to Cheltenham to the theater by two and I was told this was not going to happen. I chose to miss the theatre and let them fix the windscreen. The two young guys of decided to do the car that was before mine at the same time as mine thereby finishing both of the cars at 12 o'clock giving me more than enough time to make it to Cheltenham to the theater. This was unnecessary given the bad service that one expects these days, however they did a fantastic job, way and beyond what they needed to do as far as customer service goes. I will recommend their friendly attitude and they excellent workmanship to anybody that needs to have a windscreen fitted
