The first windscreen didn’t fit
The first windscreen didn’t fit, but perhaps not the fault of National Windscreens. However a message to retry was “please come tomorrow at 3:00pm” was confusing so I went back again on the wrong day. Or maybe the right intended day but the branch didn’t have the staff to fit me in.
I then arranged a new date and time of 10:00am with collection by 12:00 as I needed my car in the afternoon. However, the car was not ready until 13:40 so I had to cancel my plans at short notice. All in all this took several trips to branch with further inconvenience to myself and other giving me a lift too and from the Gloucester branch.
On a positive note I eventually got the job done.
