All good:) Clive called me on the morning of my fitting. Pouring with rain, unable complete on my drive. Offered for me to take it to Halesowen and it would take about an hour to fit. He greeted me up in arrival and got straight on it. Was fitted within the hour and off I went. Thanks Clive, great service.

had to wait 5 days to get the job done but the fitter was very professional when ha did the job but he did leave a lot of glass in the car under mats and seats

Fantastic company to use

Wouldn’t go any where else
Had some technical issues and delay in getting the right screen, but the customer service from start to finish, was above and beyond - such a comfort at a stressful time. Wouldn’t go any where else and would highly recommend.

First Class Service
Their communication was first class. I was met at the workshop by a lovely man who knew who I was and what was needed. He explained their process and how long it was likely to take (the new windscreen and associated technology had to be calibrated). The car was ready ahead of time and even though a different person met me at the workshop the original contact came out to speak to me and let me know how everything had gone.

Booking was very easy
Booking was very easy. Needed to switch sites where the work was going to take place and that was done with no issue.
Repair was carried out quicker than originally informed as well which was much appreciated.
All in all, a very easy and satisfactory process.

No issues at all
No issues at all, had myself booked in and I was meant to be there from 8:30-12:30 slot…they’d send the exact slot a day before which wouldn’t have been suitable for me so I called and they were able get mine done before midday on New Years Eve!
