Service was good, but
Service was good, but after replacement I got SOS light and must go to service to check it out. SOS battery was recently replaced by service so I hope they did not change or break it.

windscreen replacement
Had a windscreen replacement through the insurance, went in last friday, having to come back our this friday to rectify errors made by someone who has only 4 months experience, which was sadly overseen and passed off by someone who has over 15+ years experience..
Proper questionable workmanship! Would say avoid, but if insurance companies use these and its the only option, please make sure they know what they're doing and dont settle for a big standard replacement.

Although the windscreen seems to be fitted ok I was on my way to work today and my windscreen wipers stopped working costing me a days wages upon getting the car home and stripping down the car to replace what I thought was a failed part all of the scuttle panel plastics hadn’t been refitted correctly and the nut that holds the windscreen wiper arm in place was I fact loose which turned out to be the cause of my failed wipers

Great service from booking onwards - XC40 screen replacement
Great service from booking to completion, great systems for booking/paying and great comms ahead of appointments.
Great screen replacement, even refitted and aligned my dash cam and left the car immaculate.
Would take my car to them again, but hope I do not have cause to again 🤓

Car windscreen replaced via insurance with national windscreens, it was really easy to phone up, pay the access over the phone and book an appointment. A few days later Mark came out and replaced my windscreen with no hassle, completed the job within 40 minutes and was really polite and friendly.
