Hi left the trims loose on both sides of the windscreen the clips broken and not clipped back properly I have taken it to my local body shop to get it rectified I am not happy with the service

Once we got past the national call centre and were able to communicate with the location direct and spoke with the Hereford team there the system worked well. Dave with whom we booked the date and the time and on the day we arrived in good time and Jim was ready and waiting. They were both friendly, professional and Jim was very efficient in replacing our windscreen. Excellent experience with these employees at Hereford. Thank you.
