The first appointment was cancelled the…
The first appointment was cancelled the morning of, because of no glass, despite being booked 10 days in advance and taking 10 minutes on hold to get through! Then rearranged for fortnight ahead, appointment time was changed the day before without calling me to check, just an email sent through - so no regards as to whether this was convenient. I contacted again to check how long it would take as advised 4 hours and changed time was later, took ages to get through, was then abruptly told it would definitely be done in 2 hours, then when I got to the site I was advised that this may not be the case but that would "do our best." Overall no confidence in the service, and since the automatic wipers on the car keep triggering. Disappointing as I work for an Insurance Broker who uses. Also continued to get my name wrong!

Fabulous service at the Hereford centre - polite and efficient - they were very understanding that I’d had to drive three hours to get to them and kindly scheduled my screen replacement so that it was done early in the day so I could get back on the road.
