New windscreen fit.
Had a replacement windscreen fitted today at the Hereford branch. The technician was professional and helpful. The glass was fitted well ad I was informed by text my car was ready. Nothing to complain about this service.

Technicians were good
Technicians were good. Explained what they would do and the possible outcomes. Work was completed quickly. Lovely job.
Sadly the communication regarding the appointment was less satisfactory. I had been told the appointment would be between 1.00 and 5.00 and that I would be able to track the technician on the app. I tried the link - it didn't work. I tried it a number of times with similar results.
I received a telephone call at about 11.50 from the technician to check the location of the lorry and say that they were within 5 minutes of the location . I live about 40 minutes away from the lorry storage site so I had to ask a friend who lives nearer to go to meet them.
