We wanted to have the job done at home but that appointment was cancelled and apparently due to staffing issues we were told we had to take it to the fitter which was an hour away. We weren’t given a time until the morning of the job and I’d had to send a reminder the night before. Appointment dealt with efficiently by fitter and appears to have been fitted well in the allotted time.
