Appointment was made easily and work carried out in less time than it was said (less than 1 hr 50 mins when I arrived back at the depot 10 mins earlier than the 2 hours estimated). Work appeared to be first class: no problems since (week ago).

Replacement could have been delayed without personal visit being made.
Windscreen repaired well by nice people but -
website listed damage but but when clicking on "cracked" gave an appointment 4 days away for a repair when the damage was not repairable. Tried to phone but in a long queue to the call center so gave up on that - no local number - so had to journey to the workshop in order to have the damage inspected and a new screen ordered. If I hadn't, it would have taken over a week to get the work done!
