Easy appointment
Tracker was useful for expectations. Fantastic service provided by Jay. Calling to let me know when he'd be there and again when he'd arrived at my workplace and parked by my vehicle. Vacuumed front footwells when completed. Definitely recommend wiper blades replacement on screen replacement.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff. I left my car at around noon and was called within two hours to collect it. I was given clear instructions to not wash my windshield. They did a great job

Windscreen damage
Friendly people and service was promptly but bare in mind there’s no place for customers to sit and wait. You have to leave your car for them to call you back when it’s ready.

Shockingly Poor
1/5 — Confirmed appointment cancelled hours before, with no fix offered.
Booked two weeks ahead. Told them clearly it was urgent — MOT expiring, vehicle is my livelihood (private hire). Given a fixed AM slot for 11 August.
4pm the day before: branch manager calls to say no vehicle big enough to carry the glass, and no staff to do the job. Glass had reportedly been at the branch for days. None of this was new — just never communicated until the last minute.
Their "solution": drive the car to them myself. Except my MOT had already lapsed — so their fix was to have me risk a driving offence. Branch phone has gone unanswered since.
Car's now off the road indefinitely. No reschedule. No accountability.
A national company with this little planning shouldn't be trusted with anything time-critical.
Avoid if your job depends on your vehicle.
