Hoddesdon branch not so great.
I understand the need for the vehicle to be operational in order to test the window once it had been repaired. However, I was concerned by the unsolicited advice regarding all of my tyres, particularly as this appeared unrelated to the windscreen issue. It gave the impression that additional charges were being encouraged unnecessarily. My dash cam was ripped from the window and thrown on the passenger seat. As a result of this experience, I do not intend to return to the Hoddesdon branch. The staff were not very welcoming.

Pretty certain I’ve already left feedback but another feedback request had landed in my inbox. Chris from the Hoddesdon branch replaced my windscreen as it was badly damaged from a rock thrown from the back of a skip lorry. I had to leave it with them at their workshop as my windscreen has sensors behind it which needed recalibration afterwards. All I can say is Chris was a complete professional and did a great job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
