Raplaced window is defective & rapir…
Raplaced window is defective and rapir caused damage to paint work. Reported it to customer service a week ago, Called a few times.
I am extremely disappointed with the complaints team. Their behavior and handling of my concerns were unprofessional and, frankly, indecent. They operate like unprofessional “cowboys” and cannot be trusted at all. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I encountered dismissive attitudes, lack of accountability, and poor communication throughout the process. I cannot recommend their service based on this experience.
