Excellent service and staff. The person I spoke to over the phone booking the appointment was really helpful, they had availability for a home-visit appointment within 7 days and the technician who came and replaced my windscreen was friendly, very professional and efficient - was finished within an hour did a great job.

Where's my refund?
When I got my windscreen replaced they were supposed to change the wipers as well (which I paid extra), they only replaced one as they had the wrong wipers with them, they also stated that I would get a refund... I'm still waiting.

Quality job
The ability to see where your engineer is and how many jobs are booked in before your appointment is great but, I wasn't informed when my engineer was on his way to me. That aside, I was very impressed with my engineer Warren. He replaced my screen well with in the time frame aloud for the job and with very minimal trim removal! Warren's customer service was also excellent. 10/10

I am happy to give 4 stars only based on the interaction with local widescreen depot guys in Huntingdon. They were very professional, contact me ahead of the appointment to discuss the case and to find out that the screen need to be replaced instead of a chip repair job. Subsequently they re arranged the initial booking and completed the job in timely manner. The national windscreen team did not review the submitted pictures/info to arrange the correct service. No adequate level of professionalism from national windscreen admin team.
