We had a very positive experience, from initial phone call and booking process, to the day of having our new windscreen, it was so well organised, our technichan was on time, and very professional with a lovely manner, overall very happy .

they manage to scratch my car
they manage to scratch my car, inside were glue stains. wind screen cover was not fit back correctly causing rattling sound when driving

Poor overall
Told by 3 different individuals that although the appointment was booked at 1600 the replacement would get completed, had to come back a 2nd time to do the calibration, also the windscreen wipers fluid cable was left disconnected, it is still not fixed, pops out when you press for fluid, not what I call good customer server professional workmanship sorry.

Windscreen replaced
Easy booking process but long wait for an appointment date.
Windscreen was being replaced and we also booked wiper replacement having been advised that this was needed. Was disappointed to find the wiper wasn’t replaced because National windscreens didn’t have it in stock.
Windscreen was fitted well and in a good time. I wasn’t in any hurry though and would have appreciated the windscreen being cleaned before the car was returned to me.
Overall, the job was done but I won’t be in a hurry to go back or recommend.

Nearly everything regarding the…
Nearly everything regarding the replacement was straightforward, however I was disappointed that I was not contacted when the work was completed. We had to drop the car off at 8:30 which wasn’t ideal due to traffic and told that 4 hours were required and that I would be notified on completion. Looked on website which said work had been completed then had trouble trying to locate a contact number for Huntingdon branch. A simple phone call would have been so helpful.
