Not professional at all.
Scratched the dash inside when replacing the windscreen and really dirty left inside, plus the windscreen is not in the middle position, wouldn’t use this service if I would know it is so bad, will never ever use this service ever again.
Don’t recommend to other people.

Whilst your technicians appeared to do a reasonable windscreen replacement, upon inspection, the rear-view mirror was replaced incorrectly, and no longer sticks to the screen, a large amount of glass fragments were left loosely on the drive, and the windscreen wipers no longer work correctly. Firstly they came to my house which made things so much easier during the summer holidays. I was called and messaged when they were on their way and because two engineers came out my windscreen was replaced in under an hour! Amazing service.

What went wrong
What went wrong! for a start our local branch couldn’t do it for several weeks. An appointment was made at the Ipswich branch, which is 21 miles away. An appointment was made for a Monday morning, we were on route, when I received a call to be told not to bother coming as the new screen was scratched. Another appointment was made for Wednesday, this time we drove all the way to the depot to be told that the 2nd screen was scratched. They then arranged for the fitters to come to our house and fit a new screen two days later. From the initial appointment to actually fitting the windscreen took 3 weeks, all this time we were unable to drive the car, except to drive to the depot, as it felt unsafe. I have informed the Insurance Company who they recommend National Windscreen that it is a terrible service you get.

The fitter was very good
The fitter was very good - quick and efficient.
I was not impressed that the windscreen had not arrived in time for the fitting to be done at my home, as booked, and that I had to drive to Sproughton to get it done whilst I waited - or I would have had to re-book again (on previous booking it was raining). Otherwise would have been 5 stars
