Super easy to book, service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly. Despite hearing horror stories about others with the same model of car having windscreens fitted at other companies and having subsequent ADAS issues mine has been perfect and everything looks factory and seems to work as it should. Really happy with everything.

The installation was very smooth and the technicians were very polite,professional and completed the installation in a timely manner with everything working as intended.
Now on the downside,it took 2-3 weeks to get the installation scheduled.After lots of phones requesting a status update.I kept getting transferred to the national phone and couldn’t speak to anyone at the Ipswich branch..Very frustrating!!!

Hopeless
My morning slot suddenly was change to the afternoon. When I rang they said the morning was fully booked.
When I arrived they had been very quiet all morning and another client said he got a call to bring his car in early !
When I did turn up I was told 2 hours, came back and my car had not even gone in. I then sat for 1 hour 35minutes.
No-one even called to say they were running behind.
The fitters were overwhelmed with how many cars turned up in the afternoon.

My original booking was cancelled and I…
My original booking was cancelled and I was informed on the day by text. No phone call on the day to explain why. My son had taken a day off work to be at home for me. I needed the glass replaced so that my car could then have its mot, that was booked in for 2 days later. I then had to rearrange my mot too. I had paid to have the windscreen wipers replaced. I presume these didn’t need to be done, as I then got a refund into my account. Again I wasn’t informed on the day. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication.
