Now on the downside,it took 2-3 weeks to get the installation scheduled.After lots of phones requesting a status update.I kept getting transferred to the national phone and couldn’t speak to anyone at the Ipswich branch..Very frustrating!!!

My morning slot suddenly was change to the afternoon. When I rang they said the morning was fully booked.
When I arrived they had been very quiet all morning and another client said he got a call to bring his car in early !
When I did turn up I was told 2 hours, came back and my car had not even gone in. I then sat for 1 hour 35minutes.
No-one even called to say they were running behind.
The fitters were overwhelmed with how many cars turned up in the afternoon.

My original booking was cancelled and I was informed on the day by text. No phone call on the day to explain why. My son had taken a day off work to be at home for me. I needed the glass replaced so that my car could then have its mot, that was booked in for 2 days later. I then had to rearrange my mot too. I had paid to have the windscreen wipers replaced. I presume these didn’t need to be done, as I then got a refund into my account. Again I wasn’t informed on the day. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Unfortunately, 24hrs before appointment I was informed my screen was not available and had to make a new appointment.
The day of the appointment, the service centre was in chaos… no manager, no technician available… other employees left trying to sort things out.

Whilst we appreciate that it does take time to order the correct glass for the vehicle, we still have not heard from yourselves regarding replacing the new windscreen (which has a flaw) fitted to our vehicle AX73FGK in Ipswich.

While changing the screen, the operatives stood on the door sills and scratched them badly. I only noticed the next day.

Well after last week's debacle when they turned up with a damaged screen and couldn't be bothered to contact me it was booked again for today. All confirmed by email and text, I was even told this morning that I was the next appointment. Well, what a surprise, they cancelled without even letting me know. I still have had no one contact me to let me know what is happening. Their customer service is breathtakingly shocking. How are they still in business? This is the company I have to use through my insurance, otherwise I would go somewhere else. Absolutely disgraceful.

Friendly professional service, but late opening.
Unfortunately no one there at 8.30am when they were due to open. Someone finally arrived 10-15 minutes later. All ok once the staff arrived.
