Wrong Windscreen
Unfortunately, the wrong windscreen was installed on the vehicle. I am still waiting for a confirmed date and time so I can rebook the appointment to have the correct windscreen fitted.

Poor communication and ended up waiting five hours. Told four hour window. Returned after four and repair not even started. Why did no-one call to update? I could have sat in a nice cafe instead of on an industrial estate! Poor

The windscreen was fitted in a timely…
The windscreen was fitted in a timely manner and the engineer was quite courteous. Once I returned home I realise the phone holder that was on the screen have been broken off and no information was given to me about this. Also while driving at the weekend the left hand insert on the windscreen has come off and been broken in this game wasn’t reported but I have pictures I can share with you so really disappointed with the after-care and the knowledge that was given to me of the various problems.
