Not impressed
1st windscreen cracked on installation so another date booked by the fitter with the depot but no one turned up on the day arranged. Receptionist was initial rude about the booked appt then rang back and apologised as manager had forgotten to book it in. Appt arranged for next day and windscreen was also cracked on installation so had to go to cambridge to get another which was fitted later that day but fitted too close to one side and big gap the other so had to come back the following week to refit it! Work van out of action for too many unnecessary days. Not impressed with the service and reasons why the problems occured. Raised a complaint with National Windscreens direct and they have been brilliant in ringing on days arranged and trying to sort it and are going to pass our problems onto the depot.

Delays but a good result
I received a reminder email telling me to bring the car 8.30 - 9.00am. When I arrived I was told that was wrong, I was expected at the appointment time 11.00am. I left the car and returned later. The car was still being fixed as the wrong windscreen had initially been sent. However, the fitter, Sam, was very professional and completed the job efficiently, to a high standard.
