The windscreen is perfect however there…
The windscreen is perfect however there was damage done to my vehicle which the repair shop said was already there. It was not!
I am now out of pocket because of the incompetence of the repair workers at the Leicester branch!

Generally 100% satisfied
Generally 100% satisfied. However the screen has some form of residue on it and as soon as it rained the screen is blurred. This should be properly cleaned before giving back to the customer. I’m disabled and now I have to ask or pay someone to clean it.

Poor service
After replacing the windscreen they left a dashcam support, that I wasn't able to remove from the old windscreen, on the infotainment screen, I wasn't expecting this, I couldn't remove it, so I had to go back to them, to have it removed, they didn't clean the dash either, it was dirty with the product they used to fix the new one, I left there very disappointed.
