Windscreen
Went to Meridian Business Park, Leicester, left the car on time for appointment. Closed to the moment when I should receive the message that car is ready, I received a call telling me they didn't manage to get the screen, and asked me to leave the car on premises until the next day.
All good, but when I took the car, I found after 30 mins that the wipers were not correctly a ligned and properly fixed, resulting in a totaly mess on the motorway during a heavy rain.
On the other hand, good customer service, they offered to wait for me longer than regular program. Very nice even I've been there on time.

Not so professional as expected
Just 3 stars, as they used a lot of my time for nothing!
They've said they can't replace my windscreen on the drive, as sensors and cameras need to be calibrated, etc.
After i took my car, climate control was not working, due to the sensor not having proper firmware. I needed to upload the firmware manually, as they weren't able to do it.
Since i've made my appointment, i told them that i don't need them to do anything, just to replace windshield, and i will do everything else. They've said they can't.
Also, took the car to my 9AM appointment, and they started to work close to 12...

I personaly think all was PERFECT except for one thing, waiting time 3-5 hours🤯 on the end it was 4hours. Dont understand why? And location in this review is wrong,

Good service on the day
Great service when I was booked in for the second time, easy to drop ifc and pick up. Issue with the initial booking as didn’t have the windscreen in stock, but only told the day before (booked the previous week)

Poor communication
The windscreen bit was done faultlessly. However I had a question to ask the branch who were fitting it about facilities for waiting while the screen was fitted. I was given a number but it wasn’t answered and after a certain number of rings got redirected to head office who couldn’t help. I tried numerous times at different times of day and on different days but no answer.

Fitted new screen but not properly…
Fitted new screen that was not acoustic same as original and it was not fitted properly. The side trim did not cover the edge of the screen so I am now waiting for it to be done again. This as now been refitted with a new screen but now I have a rattle under the bonnet and the garage say the window fitters have not fitted the trim properly and it is flapping about. Not at all happy.
